- On February 2009 BIMV FRANCE has moved its Training Centre beside Roissy (Charles de Gaulle Airport).
BIM offers individualised and tailor-made maritime trainings for seafarers and relevant offshore personnel in a variety of locations. The relevant international maritime authorities such as the United Nation's International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) recognize these trainings.
The application of the ISM-code (International Safety Management), the implementation of ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Security) and SOLAS regulations by the IMO, as well as the revision of the STCW Convention (Standards for Training Certification and Watch keeping) clearly illustrate the magnitude of some of the recent as well as forthcoming changes the maritime industry will have to face in the near future.

By issuing an ISO 9001 certification, an independent bureau (Det Norske Veritas), confirms that our trainings are in line with the regulations imposed by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO). Our trainings integrate all current international regulations and they are approved by the relevant international maritime authorities such as the United Nation's International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO).
